  • (1) QTY = (12) SPTHRA Assemblies | Commonly called, "Black Chicago Screw Assemblies", these are black oxide coated slotted post truss head holster retention assemblies used to create the retention on a fold-over or taco-style holster. The assembly is used to add a controlled "pinch point" to the gun by the holster to hold it in place.
  • Smooth Assembly Surfaces For Wear Comfort: Each SPTHA assembly has been deburred and edge finished to ensure the maximum wear comfort. Just because you sell a screw and a post doesn't make it "wear" well. Care must be taken to smooth the surfaces and edges of each part within the assembly to ensure that the wearer experiences maximum comfort without irritation.   • EPDM Rubber Retention Washer (Included) works by adding a rubber standoff washer between the material layers of the holster. This can then be tightened (or loosened) with the included phillips truss head screw to adjust the grip of the thermoform material of the holster against the holstered item. This creates the adjustable retention.
