- NO TOOLS REQUIRED: Transforming from carrier to cart requires no tools, simply flatten the frame and reposition the chrome wheels to install it on your vehicle, then reverse the process to turn it back into a cart
- USAGE GUIDELINES: Hitch-mounted cargo carriers are not recommended for use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers, motor-homes or RVs; never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch and be aware that your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension
