NOTE: Price if for the BASE ONLY, no habitat is included. These bases are an exceptional way to display a shoulder mount deer or antelope on a floor display in style. Made to accept the McKenzie Taxidermy FHB143 or FHB141 pre-finished habitats, these bases can be easily outfitted and ready to accept your mount in minutes. They can be made from a variety of wood types, though barnwood and walnut are my preferred choices. They measure approximately 19-21" across the top trim, are 16" tall, and have a 2.75" habitat recess. The ID of the top opening is ~14.75". While they are made to fit the snow and woodland habitats, they can also easily be outfitted with custom habitat. I have shown a few examples of the barn wood pedestal, as they are each different with various levels of moulding.

I have listed a production time with each listing, that impacts the ship-by date. Additionally, every item is made from genuine hardwoods and reclaimed materials, so some variability, especially in barnwood material, should be expected. My items are NOT mass-produced, and by nature, real wood has variability in grain, coloration, etc. Images shown are good representation, because as mentioned, I am not making materials from veneer or artificial materials.
