Our Technology
[RLS: REPENTE LOCKING SYSTEM]
REPENTE introduces RLS's unique new construction concept. Easy and safe replacement system for the pads on either carbon or LCF based. Only the top cover of the saddle can be replaced when it gets damaged.
A.R.E. : Autoclave for Enhanced Durability]
The structural components are made of T700 carbon fiber, and are autoclave (pressure kiln), not by mold. This process requires a long working time and a higher production cost, but the quality of the final product is a great improvement.
[LCF: Long Carbon Fiber]
To keep the saddle stiffness and shape all the time, REPENTE's R&D department developed LCF technology. Instead of using carbon fiber as it is left in a special injection process to add a long carbon fiber to the resin to harmonize the vertical flow of the material until it is weaved to form and increases structural strength.
[Ergonomics]
REPENTE's R&D department provides a solution to the negative impact of a wide saddle on the inner muscles. The iconic ergo-shape design reduces the area of the "Delta (triangle)" inside the saddle for more freedom of movement. Allows more natural pedaling movements and increased pedaling strokes per minute improves efficiency and allows for more intense pedaling.
[MSR: Multi-Section Rail]
The horizontal part of the carbon rail is designed to provide the right mix of rigidity and flexibility depending on the different cross-section. The rear end is flat for even rigidity at the heaviest stress points in the saddle Single rail on front end for solid construction Allows you to always control the pressure on your seat in a variety of riding situations.
[SHOT 304]
Metal rail model is made of AISI stainless steel with advanced high mechanical properties. REPENTE, called Shot 304, is further enhanced by a special process that makes the surface of a metal hard and more durable.
