• ORGANIZATION AT YOUR FINGERTIPS: The beauty of this 3-ring cable binder attachment is that you can easily install it or remove it from your Tactical Notebook Cover. Adds functionality as you have the option to swap your notes in or out depending on your specific mission requirements.
• EASY TO INSTALL OR REMOVE: The underside of the spine is 100% covered in Hook Fastener backing. Attaches directly onto the Loop Fastener within your Tactical Notebook Cover, or onto anything that has a Loop Fastener surface.
• MADE IN THE USA: The rings are made out of very strong cable, and open/close with a durable metal snap. The spine is constructed with military spec webbing.
• OPTIONAL ENVELOPES (*Available for Small Flexiblei Ring Attachment only*): Purchase the Small Flexible Ring Attachment (for 4.25 x 8 paper) as is, or with optional Vinyl envelopes. These Vinyl envelopes will hold 4.25 x 8 paper, and are fantastic for keeping your important reference material clean, dry, and well protected. The envelopes are made out of sturdy 8-mil gauge Vinyl.

Detachable Flexible Ring Webbing Strip with Cable Rings allows you to create your own custom binder setup within many of our Tactical Notebook covers.
Webbing back is 100% covered with hook velcro and makes for a very strong connection (securely fastens into place in your notebook cover).
Optional Vinyl envelopes hold 4.25in. x 8in. paper and keep notes clean and dry.
